I have been with First American Home Warranty for 7 years, never missed a payment. Used them only for a couple things due to not wanting to deal with the hassle.
What was your breaking point you may ask?
Waiting over 6 weeks in 20 degree weather to simply get an answer on my heat pump, and being told they will only pay $443.
