Called Evans Heating and Air then First American Home Warranty over 15 times within five weeks, being on hold over 45 mins each time, only to get told each other were ordering the parts, and a complete run around. Then to be told after 4 weeks it was a break down in communication between these two companies on who was actually ordering the parts and that the heat pump needs to be replaced.
